The insulation, made from recycled plastic bottles, and a durable water-repellent finish makes light rain roll right off, so drizzles won 't slow you down. Perfect for tackling brisk winds or layering up on damp days, the Palmer has rubberised toggle adjusters at the hood and hem, letting you get the perfect fit and keep out the chill. It 's practical, too, with a full zip front and two lower zip pockets to safely stash your essentials.
